Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will be displayed before you complete your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.
Customs and Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. Kultvre is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages Kultvre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time please contact us at kultvre.store@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
